Age and Grade Groups for the 2017 Spring Season

Beginners are always welcome. The younger division (Boys 8 and under or Girls 1/2 grade) is less competitive and more instructional in focus and therefore are not grouped by skill. The upper divisions (Boys 10U, 12U, 14U or Girls G3/4, G5/6, G7/8) are grouped into divisions by skill level and experience. Scoopers (Boys 6U or Girls Pre-K/K) is set up as instructional and fun clinics for very young beginners.

*Boys and Girls Commissioner Note:  Players will be assigned to teams in their age division. We will not field requests from parents to have their players "play up" to an older division.  Under certain circumstances, such as if the number of players in a particular division does not allow us to meet the NVYLL restrictions on roster sizes, the commissioner may request that selected players "play up" to the next higher division.
