Fort Hunt Youth Lacrosse (FHYL) provides three Fall Ball options (based on age/grade/gender) for beginners through advanced players.
Understanding the impact youth coaches can have on our kids, we aspire to put well-trained coaches on the field with them and host or sponsor instructional opportunities for new and experienced coaches throughout the year.

Webinar “NVYLL and Athlete Development”

A topic on the agenda, and a potential change in program/league structure, is moving from 2 year to 1 year age groups. Google Relative Age Effect (RAE) for context.
